Before applying the oil, warm it in your hands.
On your face, use it alone or mix a few drops in the palm of your hand with your favorite Dr. C. Tuna cream.
On your body, apply in circular motions, paying special attention to areas of very dry skin. For hands and cuticles, massage in a few drops of oil to moisturize and condition.
On your hair, simply apply 1 to 2 drops to the lengths and ends as often as needed.
For an intense conditioning treatment, apply once or twice a week as a mask to your entire hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before shampooing.
